Hosting on servers in India, with daily backups kept for 30 days
Unlimited staff logins and unlimited photo storage up to 100 GB
Bug fixes, security updates and phone or WhatsApp support, Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00
Up to 2 days of small changes a year, such as a new field or report column
Training for new staff joining your team

New modules, such as labour attendance or purchase orders. Quoted separately.

Your data stays yoursYou can export everything to Excel at any time. If you stop the yearly fee, we hand over a full export.

Yearly feeBilled each year from the go-live anniversary. It rises by no more than 8% a year.

Changes during the buildSmall changes to the screens in the tour are included. Larger changes are agreed in writing first.

GST18% GST is added to all prices shown. Invoices are raised at each milestone.
